Skin DEEP makes race easier to talk about and bias impossible and to ignore within organizations. This 6 hour online and on-demand course takes learners through the history of how families have been treated in America by race. We use legal cases, legislative milestones, and lived experiences to challenge learners to expand their viewpoint and ensure all families are treated fairly in the child welfare system.
